my-care is the fully online health dossier for employees.

HumanCapitalCare has developed this Internet application to provide staff with access to their personal health dossier on the Internet, via an individual username and password, subject to a Preventive Medical Health Examination (PMO), consisting of a physical examination and workload capacity, well-being and work perception tests. This health dossier lists the tests results and the actions that have been recommended.

Depending on the agreements entered into or when the results give rise to this, the staff member is invited for a consultation with the company medical officer. On the basis of the results, the staff member is informed and advised by the officer to recognise possible risks and to actively focus on his or her health. In order to enable staff to improve their health, we offer programmes and facilities with support from health coaches, free of obligation. Most programmes aim to bring about a change in behaviour of the staff member. During this process, he will receive guidance for a period of 3 months from a health coach. This mainly applies to programmes in the field of nutrition and exercise, RSI and stress.
