e-care, The absence management information system

e-care is the fully online absence management information system, offered by HumanCapitalCare to its clients via the Internet.

The system has been developed by HumanCapitalCare with the manager in mind, who can access the system with a personal login name and password, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to sickness absence and return-to-work records, e-care contains management information and reports at departmental and staff level.

By providing relevant, quantifiable management information on sickness absence standards, data, statistics and analyses, process analyses and identifying actions at all organisational levels, management is able to take targeted action. This information creates an awareness-raising process within the organisation, resulting in active involvement of the manager and staff. And that is the exact objective.

Since e-care is developed and managed in-house, it is possible to create interfaces with different staff management systems. In addition, e-care is continuously adapted in line with legislative changes.
