Employers must be aware of the Health & Safety risks within their companies. HumanCapitalCare conducts an RA&E in order to map these out. This provides an insight into the bottlenecks regarding working conditions, which bottlenecks are most urgent and what the best solution is to these. Thanks to the pragmatic approach of the RA&E report, HumanCapitalCare further provides a clear management tool in the fields of health, safety and well-being. Recommendations with regard to the execution of the legally required Preventive Medical Health Examination (PMO) for staff, formerly known as Periodic Occupational Health Examination (PAGO) are made on the basis thereof. An RA&E is carried out once every four years, on average.
